- Alt text lets screen readers access the content in your infographics and provides a backup if the image does not load.
- Use the alt="" attribute on the infographic to provide a short description. Include the title and all valuable information contained in the infographic.
- If you cannot fit all the information in the alt="" attribute, add a longer description that expands on the information you've already provided.
Data-visualisation
- Include an accessible legend that explains the use of color in your graph.
- Ensure sufficient contrast and separation between elements.
- Make interactive visualizations keyboard accessible.
