Best practices

Use a contextual popup to to introduce existing features that have been identified as high value but with low usage or adoption.
Position a contextual popup at the top right or bottom right of the UI if possible. This makes the popup less intrusive and means it does not block the main task view.
Use a contextual popup with a what's new badge.
