Content guidelines

Make sure messages are contextual and relevant to the user. For example, tell users about new features or services that they can use but are not currently using.
Front load the benefit to the user on the introduction slide and clearly explain what problem Sage is solving for them.
For error messages, link to a knowledge base article if relevant. Learn how to write error messages
